Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or team) and StartKitPro. By purchasing, downloading, or using any part of StartKitPro, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

StartKitPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software as outlined below:

• You may use the Software to create and develop unlimited websites or applications, for both personal and commercial purposes.
• This license applies whether you are working as an individual or as part of a team.

3. Restrictions

• Resell or redistribute the Software as a standalone product or template.
• Publish the code publicly or make it available in open-source repositories.
• Remove or modify copyright or license notices.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer this license to others without written permission.
• Use the Software in violation of any laws or regulations.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the sole property of StartKitPro. You are licensing the right to use the Software, not purchasing ownership of the Software itself.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. StartKitPro may terminate your access if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. StartKitPro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Software will be free from errors, defects, security vulnerabilities, or interruptions. You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

As allowed by applicable law, StartKitPro will not be held responsible for any loss of profits, data, or any other damages whether direct or indirect resulting from your use or inability to use the product. Any liability from our side will not exceed the total amount you paid for the license

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
